You will partner with clients across industries, delivering structured coaching programs, resume and LinkedIn optimization, and interview readiness. This is a client-facing role that values empathy, results, and data-driven guidance.

Location is in person in New York City or remote in the United States. Travel may be required for workshops.
Responsibility
- Provide one-on-one career coaching to clients across industries to clarify goals and craft action plans.
- Develop personalized career blueprints, resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn optimization strategies.
- Deliver mock interviews, feedback, and interview coaching tailored to target roles and industries.
- Guide clients through job search strategies including networking, outreach, and stakeholder mapping.
- Track client progress with measurable milestones and adapt plans to changing market conditions.
- Collaborate with clients on salary negotiations and total compensation considerations.
- Facilitate group workshops and webinars to scale impact and reach.
- Maintain confidential client records and ensure data privacy and compliance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in career coaching, recruitment, or talent development.
- Strong coaching presence with exceptional listening, questioning, and communication skills.
- Proven track record in resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and interview preparation.
- Deep understanding of job market trends, role requirements, and employer expectations.
- Ability to manage a diverse client base, work independently, and respond to changing priorities.
- Certifications in career coaching preferred (e.g., NCDA, ICF credentialing) but not required.
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, ATS systems, and CRM tools.
