This full-time Senior Career Consultant role is based in New York City with a hybrid model that blends in-person coaching and virtual sessions. You will design tailored career strategies, deliver high-impact coaching sessions, and equip clients with tools to accelerate job search success.

Responsibility
- Provide 1:1 coaching to professionals at all levels to articulate compelling value propositions and target high-impact opportunities.
- Develop personalized career roadmaps, including resume, LinkedIn, cover letters, interview prep, and job-search plans.
- Lead workshops and group coaching sessions on topics such as networking, personal branding, and market navigation.
- Coach clients on interview readiness, behavioral questions, case-style prompts, and negotiation strategies.
- Leverage data-driven insights from market research and client analytics to continuously optimize coaching plans.
- Collaborate with account executives to align client goals with service delivery and growth opportunities.
- Track progress, maintain robust client records in CRM, and report on outcomes and ROI for engagements.
- Contribute to thought leadership by creating resources, templates, and best-practice guides for clients.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional coaching, talent development, or career consulting experience.
- Proven track record helping clients achieve jobs at target organizations and levels.
- Strong understanding of resume optimization, LinkedIn SEO, interview strategies, and employer expectations.
- Excellent listening, questioning, and rapport-building skills with diverse clients.
- Ability to translate market insights into practical, actionable plans.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and coaching software is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable facilitating workshops.
