Responsibility

  • Provide 1:1 coaching to professionals at all levels to articulate compelling value propositions and target high-impact opportunities.
  • Develop personalized career roadmaps, including resume, LinkedIn, cover letters, interview prep, and job-search plans.
  • Lead workshops and group coaching sessions on topics such as networking, personal branding, and market navigation.
  • Coach clients on interview readiness, behavioral questions, case-style prompts, and negotiation strategies.
  • Leverage data-driven insights from market research and client analytics to continuously optimize coaching plans.
  • Collaborate with account executives to align client goals with service delivery and growth opportunities.
  • Track progress, maintain robust client records in CRM, and report on outcomes and ROI for engagements.
  • Contribute to thought leadership by creating resources, templates, and best-practice guides for clients.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of professional coaching, talent development, or career consulting experience.

  • Excellent listening, questioning, and rapport-building skills with diverse clients.
