In this role, you will partner with clients to clarify goals, develop individualized career strategies, and guide them through resume optimization, interview preparation, and strategic networking. You will also help clients articulate their value, navigate salary discussions, and build a compelling personal brand across digital channels.

Responsibility
- Partner with clients to clarify career goals and create personalized 90-day action plans.
- Deliver one-on-one coaching sessions on career strategy, resume optimization, and interview readiness.
- Perform market research and industry mapping to identify target roles and potential employers.
- Facilitate assessments to uncover strengths, transferable skills, and unique value propositions.
- Guide clients through job search strategies, networking, and personal branding on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Track progress, measure outcomes, and adjust plans to maximize interview offers and compensation results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide holistic career development resources and workshops.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of professional coaching or career consulting experience.
- Strong resume writing, interviewing, and LinkedIn optimization skills.
- Proven track record of helping clients achieve tangible outcomes (offers, promotions, salary increases).
- Excellent communication, empathy, and coaching presence with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Familiarity with ATS, job boards, CRM tools, and data-driven coaching methodologies.
