Responsibility
- Partner with clients to assess career goals, strengths, and gaps, and translate findings into actionable career plans.
- Design tailored job-search strategies, including target industries, roles, and networking approaches.
- Coach clients on resume and LinkedIn optimization, value propositions, and storytelling for interviews.
- Lead structured coaching sessions, track progress, and adjust plans based on market feedback.
- Provide interview preparation, mock interviews, and feedback to improve client performance.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to stay abreast of market trends and opportunities.
- Develop career resources, workshops, and templates to scale client impact.
- Maintain meticulous client records, progress metrics, and confidentiality.
Qualification
- 5+ years of career coaching, recruiting, or HR with demonstrated success in helping clients achieve top results.
- Strong understanding of job markets, resume optimization, LinkedIn strategies, and interview techniques.
- Excellent coaching, active listening, and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to build trust with clients across industries and seniority levels.
- Experience working with diverse populations and inclusive coaching practices.
- Proficiency with career assessment tools (e.g., CliftonStrengths, DISC) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field; advanced credentials (e.g., CPC, CMC) preferred.
- U.S. work authorization; willingness to work with remote clients is a plus.
