We are seeking a results-driven Senior Career Consultant who blends coaching expertise with market insight to deliver measurable outcomes for clients.
In this role, you will coach clients to articulate their value, craft compelling resumes and LinkedIn profiles, prepare for interviews, and build personalized career plans that drive sustained success.
Responsibility
- Assess client goals, strengths, and market opportunities to design tailored career strategies.
- Deliver structured coaching sessions with actionable feedback and accountability.
- Develop and optimize resumes, LinkedIn profiles, cover letters, and personal branding assets.
- Coach interview readiness, case questions, and salary negotiation tactics.
- Lead virtual and in-person workshops on career strategy and job-search tactics.
- Track progress, measure outcomes, and adjust plans to ensure tangible results.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in career coaching, recruiting, or talent development.
- Proven track record helping clients secure roles at target organizations.
- Strong assessment and coaching skills with relevant certifications (e.g., ICF, CBP) a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, and rapport-building abilities.
- Ability to design and deliver impactful coaching sessions and workshops.
- Deep knowledge of job market trends, resume optimization, and ATS-friendly formats.
