Responsibility

  • Conduct thorough client assessments and risk screening; document findings in the electronic case management system.

Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years of case management or social services experience, preferably with diverse populations.
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and client-centered approaches.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
