Pratama Kurnia Kasih is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our retail team in Karanganyar, Central Java. As a Cashier, you will manage point-of-sale transactions, assist with installment payments, and support sales activities related to workshop services or occasional unit sales. You will maintain accuracy in cash handling, ensure proper receipt issuance, and help keep the store organized and inviting. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential to help customers feel valued and informed about products and services.

Responsibility
- Process cash, card, and installment payments accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Handle daily cash reconciliation, balance cash drawer, and report discrepancies.
- Assist customers with product information, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a high level of service.
- Support workshop-related transactions and occasional sales of units or ARISAN items as needed.
- Maintain tidy, organized checkout area and ensure pricing accuracy and proper signage.
- Upsell and promote promotions, loyalty programs, and add-on services to enhance the customer experience.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and timely handling of customer inquiries.
- Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and basic merchandising to optimize shelf presentation.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail or cashier experience preferred.
- Proven experience handling cash, POS transactions, and basic math skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in Indonesian; basic English is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, and reliability in handling financial transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends if required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management or POS software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teammates and adapt to changing priorities.
