Join Agung Sedayu Group as a Casual Leasing Officer and play a pivotal role in activating our commercial spaces across Jakarta. In this contract position, you will manage short-term tenants for booths and events, driving occupancy and revenue while ensuring an exceptional tenant experience.
As a Casual Leasing Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for event organizers and prospective tenants, coordinating from inquiry through occupancy. You will collaborate with property management, marketing, and operations to match space availability with client needs, optimize the events calendar, and maximize revenue opportunities for the portfolio.
Key responsibilities include negotiating terms, preparing leasing proposals, conducting site visits, and maintaining accurate leasing records. You will monitor occupancy levels, track lease expiries, and support renewals, promotions, and tenancy compliance. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills and a passion for retail and experiential spaces.

Responsibility
- Source and manage short-term leasing opportunities for booths and events within Agung Sedayu Group properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, vendors, and prospective tenants to drive occupancy and revenues.
- Coordinate site visits, prepare leasing proposals, and negotiate tenancy terms and contracts.
- Monitor occupancy metrics, lease expiries, and renewals; maintain accurate leasing records and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and property management to optimize space utilization and promotional campaigns.
- Manage leasing pipeline, track inquiries, and provide timely updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements, safety guidelines, and company policies through proactive administration.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail leasing, event leasing, or property management; fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tenancy laws and contract management practices.
- Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and leasing platforms; ability to analyze occupancy and revenue data.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple leases and events in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Jakarta and travel to site visits as needed.
