Join Private Advertiser as a Lecturer cum Program Coordinator for Pharmacy in Cyberjaya. This is a flagship role that blends teaching excellence with strategic program leadership. Responsibility
- Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate pharmacy programs.
- Lead program coordination, including course scheduling, resource management, and curriculum mapping.
- Design and implement fair, timely assessments; maintain accurate student records and grades.
- Drive curriculum development and continuous improvement in line with accreditation standards.
- Advise and mentor students; supervise capstone projects, internships, and research activities.
- Collaborate with faculty, clinical partners, and external examiners to ensure high academic standards.
- Manage program administration, documentation, and accreditation readiness.
Qualification
- Master's degree or PhD in Pharmacy or a closely related field; professional qualification (eg MPharm) preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in higher education; program coordination experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, pharmaceutics, medicinal chemistry, and pharmacy practice; ability to align with curriculum needs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills; ability to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with curriculum development, assessment design, and accreditation processes (MQA) and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning tools; data-driven approach to student success.
- Fluent in English with the ability to teach across modules and contribute to research and scholarly activities.
