We are seeking a board-certified or eligible Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) to deliver high-quality, compassionate care across the prenatal to postpartum continuum. As a CNM with our team, you will partner with obstetricians, pediatricians, and support staff to ensure evidence-based, patient-centered care. You will guide families through informed decision-making, develop individualized birth plans, and support a wide range of birth settings, including hospital, birth center, and home settings where appropriate.

Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive midwifery care for antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients.
- Collaborate with care teams to implement evidence-based guidelines and ensure patient safety.
- Perform risk assessments, monitor fetal well-being, and manage labor and delivery.
- Develop and discuss birth plans, options, and informed consent with patients and families.
- Educate patients on breastfeeding, newborn care, and parenting skills.
- Document all clinical encounters accurately in the EMR and ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, on-call rotations, and mentorship of students/interns.
Qualification
- Current Oregon CNM licensure or eligibility for licensure; board certification (ACNM/AANP) preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of direct midwifery care experience (residency or preceptorship accepted).
- Strong knowledge of prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum care and lactation support.
- Current BLS and NRP certification; ACLS preferred.
- Excellent communication, cultural humility, and patient advocacy skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends; on-call rotation.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and medical documentation; meticulous attention to detail.
