Responsibility
- Officiate assigned matches in accordance with league rules and safety policies.
- Make timely, accurate decisions and communicate them clearly to players, coaches, and officials.
- Manage game flow, track time, and ensure fair play across all periods and stoppages.
- Collaborate with fellow officials and event staff before, during, and after games.
- Maintain professional conduct and demonstrate strong conflict resolution under pressure.
- Complete post-match reports and incident documentation promptly.
- Stay current with rule changes and participate in required training sessions.
Qualification
- Valid refereeing certification from a recognized governing body (e.g., FA Referee, FIFA badge, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2–3 years officiating experience at amateur or semi-professional levels.
- Solid understanding of sport rules and ability to apply them consistently.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills; respectful and decisive on-field presence.
- Strong physical fitness with the ability to keep pace during long or high-intensity matches.
- Professional demeanor, integrity, and commitment to athlete safety and fair play.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and travel to different venues.
- First aid certification is a plus.
