Responsibility
- Officiate assigned matches in accordance with league rules and safety standards.
- Apply game rules consistently, make on-field decisions, and manage disciplinary actions.
- Communicate decisions clearly to players, coaches, and fellow officials.
- Manage match timing, substitutions, and restart procedures.
- Monitor field conditions and ensure player safety; respond to injuries as needed.
- Maintain accurate match reports and incident logs; escalate serious incidents appropriately.
- Participate in mandatory training, assessments, and fitness tests.
- Collaborate with other referees to ensure smooth operations across fixtures.
Qualification
- Minimum age 18; eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
- Valid refereeing qualification from a recognized body (e.g., FA Referee License) or equivalent.
- Prior officiating experience in local or youth leagues.
- Strong knowledge of sport rules and ability to apply them impartially.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Outstanding physical fitness and stamina; good field awareness.
- Availability on weekends and evenings; willingness to travel within Greater London.
