Pulse Elite Sports is seeking experienced and motivated Soccer Referees to join our expanding officiating program in Toronto, Ontario. As a contracted referee, you will be responsible for delivering safe, fair, and engaging matches across local leagues. We provide flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance within the organization.

Responsibility
- Officiate competitive soccer matches in accordance with league and federation rules, ensuring fairness and safety.
- Manage game flow, timing, substitutions, and disciplinary actions with calm, decisive communication.
- Maintain clear, professional interaction with players, coaches, and spectators; de-escalate conflicts as needed.
- Accurately apply laws of the game and maintain accurate match records and incident reports.
- Collaborate with assistant referees and fourth officials to ensure smooth operations.
- Attend mandatory pre-season trainings, meetings, and ongoing skill development sessions.
- Provide timely post-match reports and feedback to league coordinators.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain high levels of physical fitness and punctuality.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of refereeing experience in grassroots or competitive soccer.
- Official soccer referee certification or equivalent qualification; valid training and safety certifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Laws of the Game and ability to apply them consistently.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Physical fitness to cover full-length matches and quick on-field positioning.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and handle challenging interactions with professionalism.
- Reliability and punctuality; ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Eligibility to work in Canada and ability to pass any league-specific background checks.
