As a Channel Account Management Specialist, you will own end-to-end partner lifecycle, from onboarding and enablement to pipeline development and quarterly business reviews. You will collaborate with cybersecurity product teams, marketing, and delivery leads to craft compelling solutions, align on go-to-market plans, and ensure partner success. You will also monitor performance metrics, forecast accuracy, and contract compliance, while representing Sutherland in customer and partner engagements with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibility
- Develop and manage strategic channel partner programs focused on cybersecurity solutions.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with channel partners.
- Own the partner lifecycle from onboarding to enablement and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and security delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Enable partners through trainings, collateral, and joint go-to-market materials.
- Monitor key metrics (pipeline, forecast, ARR) and ensure contract compliance and security standards.
- Represent Sutherland at partner meetings, industry events, and client engagements with professionalism.
- Proactively resolve escalations and maintain high levels of partner satisfaction.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Proven experience in channel/account management or partner sales, preferably in cybersecurity or technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products and value propositions; ability to explain complex security concepts to stakeholders.
- Track record of driving revenue and managing partner ecosystems to meet targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills; fluent in English; Filipino a plus.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics; data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment; willingness to travel as needed.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
