You will design and execute experiments, develop robust analytical methods, and contribute to product development across pharmaceutical, chemical, and materials science applications. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role with a strong emphasis on quality, compliance, and innovation.

Responsibilities include applying HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS, NMR, and UV-Vis spectroscopy; method development and validation; data interpretation; preparation of technical reports; leading small project teams; ensuring GLP/GMP compliance; and communicating results to internal and external stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and ample opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.

Responsibility

  • Develop and validate analytical methods (HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS, NMR) suitable for product release and QA/QC.
  • Perform rigorous sample preparation, QC testing, data collection, and critical data analysis.
  • Interpret results, prepare clear technical reports, and contribute to method transfer to manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to optimize workflows and drive scale-up.
  • Ensure compliance with GLP/GMP, SOPs, and safety regulations; maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Design and execute experiments to support new product development and process improvements.
  • Mentor junior scientists, train on instrumentation, and foster a culture of scientific excellence.
  • Stay current with industry trends and implement innovative analytical techniques as appropriate.

Qualification

  • Master's degree or PhD in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a closely related field; 3+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS, NMR, and UV-Vis spectroscopy.
  • Proven track record in method development, validation, and data analysis; experience with method transfer to manufacturing.
  • Experience working in GLP/GMP environments; excellent documentation and reproducibility skills.
  • Proficiency with data analysis software and instrument control software (e.g., ChemStation, MassHunter, Xcalibur, ChemDraw).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting and mentor junior staff.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
