Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and interactive Chinese Language lessons according to established teaching plans and curriculum guidelines.
- Assess, monitor, and record students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to facilitate individual development.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and language immersion.
- Design and adapt learning materials and activities to suit students of various age groups and learning abilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to address learners’ needs and support their academic journey.
- Organize and participate in school events, enrichment activities, and cultural programs to enhance learning experiences.
- Stay updated with educational best practices and attend regular training sessions as required by the school.
- Maintain accurate administrative and student records in accordance with school policies.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Chinese Language, Education, or a related field.
- Relevant teaching qualifications or certifications in Chinese language instruction preferred.
- Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin); proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Prior teaching experience with preschool, primary, or secondary students is highly regarded.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Passion for education and commitment to professional growth and student development.
- Ability to adapt instructional approaches to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
