Responsibility

  • Deliver engaging and interactive Chinese Language lessons according to established teaching plans and curriculum guidelines.
  • Assess, monitor, and record students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to facilitate individual development.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and language immersion.
  • Design and adapt learning materials and activities to suit students of various age groups and learning abilities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to address learners’ needs and support their academic journey.
  • Organize and participate in school events, enrichment activities, and cultural programs to enhance learning experiences.
  • Stay updated with educational best practices and attend regular training sessions as required by the school.
  • Maintain accurate administrative and student records in accordance with school policies.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Chinese Language, Education, or a related field.
  • Relevant teaching qualifications or certifications in Chinese language instruction preferred.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin); proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Prior teaching experience with preschool, primary, or secondary students is highly regarded.
