Renaissance Park and Chapels is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to contribute to our growing portfolio of park and chapel infrastructure projects in Koronadal City, South Cotabato. This role offers hands-on experience in planning, designing, and delivering civil works that blend communal spaces with durable, quality construction. Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, design, and review of civil infrastructure projects (drainage, roads, pavements, and site development) for parks and chapel facilities.
- Prepare and revise drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities using AutoCAD/Civil 3D and related tools.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities to ensure compliance with building codes, zoning, and permitting requirements.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and material inspections to support quality control and safety practices on construction sites.
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost estimation activities to optimize resources and timelines.
- Generate technical reports, permit applications, and documentation for approvals and project records.
- Monitor construction progress, performance, and quality, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Licensed Civil Engineer or candidate in the process of licensure is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with design and analysis software is a plus.
- Solid understanding of local building codes, zoning, permitting, and environmental/regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and on-site coordination as needed.
