We are seeking a skilled Civil Estimator to join our team at Lintech Duta Pratama. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in a Civil Contractor or engineering, procurement, and construction company. Your role will involve analyzing construction plans, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate budgeting throughout the project.
Responsibility
- Analyze construction plans and specifications
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure budget accuracy
- Attend site visits to assess project requirements
- Review and analyze project bids and proposals
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Estimation or Quantity Surveying
- Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
