In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and preparing tender estimates, budget estimates, and other cost-related proposals in a timely manner while working closely with client leaders. Responsibility
- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyse project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather pricing information
- Ensure compliance with project budgets and deadlines
- Collaborate with client leaders to address any cost-related issues
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Civil Estimator in the construction industry
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in construction estimating software
