Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning of offices, common areas, corridors, and restrooms to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and sanitize surfaces to remove dirt and bacteria.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment; wipe and sanitize high-touch areas.
- Empty and dispose of waste, replace liners, and ensure proper recycling practices.
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when inventories run low.
- Clean glass surfaces, windows, and doors; ensure streak-free finishes.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment; report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
- Adhere to company safety policies and local sanitation regulations; promote a safe and healthy workplace.
Qualification
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and lifting up to 25-30 lbs (11-14 kg).
- Attention to detail with a focus on high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Good communication skills in English; able to follow written instructions and safety procedures.
