Data Clean Asia is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Crew member to join our professional facilities team in the East Region. This full time position offers a competitive monthly salary of SGD 1,910 to SGD 2,300, with opportunities for career advancement and personal development. As a Cleaning Crew member, you will play a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments across offices and common areas. You will work as part of a supportive, safety minded team that takes pride in delivering high hygiene standards for staff, visitors, and clients.
In this role you will be responsible for daily cleaning tasks that support a productive workplace, including floor care, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfection. You will manage waste and recycling, restock essential supplies, and report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors. We provide training on equipment use, cleaning protocols, and safety procedures to ensure your success and safety on the job. Responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned facilities to meet hygiene and safety standards.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, dust surfaces, and sanitize restrooms and kitchens.
- Empty trash and manage waste disposal and recycling per guidelines.
- Restock consumables such as soap, toilet paper, and towels; monitor supply levels.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and report any equipment faults or repairs needed.
- Follow health and safety policies and use PPE correctly; ensure safe storage of chemicals.
- Coordinate with team and supervisor to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Assist with additional cleaning tasks during events or peak periods as required.
Qualification
- Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina with ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; reliable and punctual.
- Basic English communication skills; willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures is a plus.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work shifts in the East Region.
