Job description
This isn’t your typical 9–5. It’s a fast-paced, growth-oriented opportunity with Royal Org in the Central Region. From day one you’ll gain hands-on experience by collaborating with marketing and sales teams to engage clients, shape compelling messages, and present travel-related offerings to a diverse audience. If you crave a role where you can learn, contribute, and travel, this position is for you.
As a Client Marketing Associate, you’ll be responsible for supporting the end-to-end client journey, from awareness to onboarding, while developing a portfolio of programs that deliver measurable results. You’ll travel to meet clients, attend events, and capture insights that drive improvements across campaigns. You’ll also help manage CRM data, track key metrics, and prepare succinct reports for leadership.
This role offers excellent opportunities for career growth, mentorship from seasoned marketing professionals, and exposure to a variety of marketing disciplines including digital campaigns, events, content development, and client services. You’ll join a collaborative team that values initiative, curiosity, and client-first thinking. If you’re excited by travel opportunities and ready to grow in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What you will gain includes structured onboarding, mentorship from industry professionals, and hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be encouraged to bring fresh ideas, experiment with campaigns, and demonstrate impact through data-driven results. Royal Org supports flexible career growth and a commitment to developing talent within the travel and client services space.
We are looking for self-starters who thrive in a team environment, adapt to evolving client needs, and communicate clearly across channels. If you enjoy travel, storytelling, and creating memorable client experiences, this is the role to launch your marketing career with Royal Org.
