Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive medication therapy management to patients, ensuring optimal pharmacotherapy and safety.

  • Excellent communication and patient counseling skills; ability to educate diverse populations.
  • Experience with MTM programs, immunizations, and clinical workflow optimization.
