Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic interviews
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for adults and, where appropriate, couples and families
  • Provide individual and group therapy using CBT, ACT, or other evidence-based modalities
  • Monitor patient progress, document notes, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care, social workers, and care coordination teams
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff or interns; contribute to program development and quality improvement
  • Participate in case conferences, data-driven outcome measurement, and accreditation activities

Qualification

  • Doctoral degree in psychology (PsyD or PhD) from APA-accredited program
  • Current Washington state psychology license or eligible for licensure
  • Demonstrated experience delivering evidence-based therapies such as CBT and ACT
  • Strong diagnostic assessment and psychotherapy skills; experience with psychological testing is a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and ethical practice
