Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic impressions
- Develop individualized treatment plans integrating evidence-based modalities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care teams
- Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans accordingly
- Document clinical notes, risk assessments, and outcomes in EHR
- Provide client education and crisis intervention as needed
Qualification
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
- Current licensure as a psychologist in Washington state
- Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT) and diagnostic interviewing
- Experience with psychological testing and report writing
- Strong ethical practice, boundaries, and cultural humility
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
