Join Lumen Psychological Services, a premier multidisciplinary practice delivering evidence-based care to diverse communities in New York City. We're seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide comprehensive assessments, individual and group therapy, and program development.
As a key member of our mental health team, you will collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and researchers to improve client outcomes, advance clinical protocols, and contribute to a supportive, stigma-free environment.

Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and DSM-5 based diagnoses for adults and adolescents.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, ACT, and psychodynamic approaches) tailored to client needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and outcomes.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and researchers to coordinate care and share clinical findings.
- Lead case conferences and participate in supervision and peer-review to maintain high-quality care.
- Contribute to program development, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical protocol enhancements.
- Document clinically relevant notes in electronic health records with accuracy and compliance.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in community outreach initiatives as needed.
Qualification
- PsyD or PhD in Psychology from an APA-accredited program; licensure to practice psychology in New York (or eligibility for licensure).
- Minimum 3 years of post-licensure experience in clinical settings with adults and/or adolescents.
- Proficient in DSM-5 criteria, psychological testing, and evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapies).
- Strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment planning skills; excellent communication and empathy.
- Experience with electronic health records and data-driven quality improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and supervise junior staff if applicable.
