Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Deliver individualized and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to adult clients.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and allied professionals for integrated care planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards.
- Develop and facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops as needed.
- Engage in ongoing education and clinical supervision to ensure best practices.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary.
- Participate in case conferences and contribute to treatment team meetings.
Qualification
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- Valid and unrestricted Massachusetts license to practice psychology.
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
- Expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy and at least one additional evidence-based modality.
- Demonstrated cultural competence and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and standard clinical documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
