We are a premier psychology practice in sunny San Diego seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team. You will provide evidence-based therapy, assessments, and consultation to individuals and families, with a focus on compassionate care and measurable outcomes. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will deliver high-quality psychological services, contribute to program development, and help expand access to mental health care in the community.
Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive clinical interviews and psychological assessments to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans (CBT, ACT, DBT).
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy with a focus on resilience and functional improvement.
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and document outcomes in electronic health records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers to coordinate care.
- Provide supervision and training to pre-licensed psychologists and psychology interns as needed.
- Engage in practice growth activities, including community outreach, outreach events, and referral development.
- Maintain compliance with ethical standards, licensing requirements, and organizational policies.
Qualification
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an APA-accredited program; valid California licensure as a Psychologist or licensure eligible with approval to practice under supervision.
- Minimum 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience delivering psychotherapy in diverse clinical settings.
- Proficiency in evidence-based treatments (CBT, ACT, DBT) and psychological assessment techniques.
- Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and ability to develop effective treatment plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and client-centered care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team; bilingual skills are a plus.
