Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.
- Participate in case conferences and community education programs.
- Adhere to ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality at all times.
Qualification
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice psychology (or eligibility to obtain).
- Minimum 2 years of postdoctoral clinical experience preferred.
- Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT).
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural competence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems.
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and ethical practice.
