Responsibility
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals and groups, adapting approaches to client needs.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including DSM-5 diagnoses and differential diagnosis.
- Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans with measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and refer when appropriate.
- Engage in ongoing clinical supervision, peer consultation, and professional development.
- Contribute to research initiatives, data collection, and outcome reporting to support program evaluation.
- Document clinical encounters accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) compliant with HIPAA.
- Participate in community outreach and psychoeducation as needed to support patients and families.
Qualification
- Licensed psychologist in good standing (PhD or PsyD) with at least 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Proven experience with CBT, IPT, DBT, or other evidence-based modalities.
- Proficient in psychological testing and diagnostic assessment (e.g., WAIS, WISC, MMPI-2, etc.) and DSM-5 criteria.
- Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state laws.
- Experience with EMR systems and data-driven care; comfortable with a hybrid work environment.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and scholarly collaboration.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.
