Job description

What you’ll do: conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, provide therapy using evidence-based modalities, develop individualized treatment plans, and contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for intake and ongoing treatment.
  • Provide psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT) across diverse populations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other clinicians to coordinate care.
  • Document clinical encounters, treatment progress, and outcomes in electronic health records.
  • Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and clinical governance.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and, if applicable, supervision of trainees and interns.
  • Participate in trauma-informed and cultural humility practices to ensure inclusive care.

Qualification

  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
  • Current or eligible psychology license to practice in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain licensure).
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-degree clinical experience in outpatient settings.
  • Strong proficiency with DSM-5-TR/DSM-5 diagnoses and clinical assessment tools.
  • Experience with evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT, IPT) and outcome measurement.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and cultural humility skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
