Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnoses across adult populations using standardized tools.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT).
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapies in individual and, when appropriate, group formats.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other clinicians to coordinate integrated care.
  • Monitor treatment progress, adjust interventions as needed, and document outcomes in the electronic health record.
  • Contribute to clinical risk assessment, crisis intervention, and safety planning as required.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in clinical supervision and peer consultation.

Qualification

  • Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited program.
  • Valid license to practice psychology in California (or eligible for licensure).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience with adults; preferably with comorbidity and complex presentations.
  • Proficiency with clinical assessment tools and standardized measures (e.g., MMPI-2, WAIS-IV, BDI-II, etc.).
  • Strong competency in evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT) and structured treatment planning.
  • Excellent case formulation, clinical documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and manage a diverse caseload.
