Insightline Psychological Services is seeking a seasoned Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in the heart of San Francisco. Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnoses across adult populations using standardized tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT).
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapies in individual and, when appropriate, group formats.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other clinicians to coordinate integrated care.
- Monitor treatment progress, adjust interventions as needed, and document outcomes in the electronic health record.
- Contribute to clinical risk assessment, crisis intervention, and safety planning as required.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in clinical supervision and peer consultation.
- Contribute to research initiatives, program evaluation, and dissemination of findings within the practice and academic community.
Qualification
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited program.
- Valid license to practice psychology in California (or eligible for licensure).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience with adults; preferably with comorbidity and complex presentations.
- Proficiency with clinical assessment tools and standardized measures (e.g., MMPI-2, WAIS-IV, BDI-II, etc.).
- Strong competency in evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT) and structured treatment planning.
- Excellent case formulation, clinical documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and manage a diverse caseload.
