Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations as appropriate to guide treatment planning.
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT) to adults and/or youths, tailoring interventions to cultural and individual needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans with measurable, data-driven goals.
- Coordinate care with psychiatrists, social workers, primary care providers, and other stakeholders to optimize outcomes.
- Supervise psychology interns and collaborate with trainees on case conceptualization and treatment approaches.
- Document clinical notes, progress, and outcomes in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Contribute to program development, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing clinical research efforts.
Qualification
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an APA-accredited program.
- California licensure as a Clinical Psychologist or eligibility to apply with active status within 6 months.
- Minimum 3–5 years of post-licensure clinical experience in outpatient or hospital settings.
- Proven experience with psychological assessments, standardized tests, and neuropsychological measures.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT) and culturally responsive practice.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and empathic skills; ability to work with diverse populations.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
