Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive intake interviews and psychological assessments to inform diagnoses and treatment planning.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (individual, group, or family) tailored to client needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other clinicians to coordinate care.
- Prepare and interpret clinical reports, test results, and discharge summaries.
- Supervise and mentor psychology interns or trainees; support ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to clinical quality improvement through data collection, outcome tracking, and program evaluation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to ethical and confidentiality standards.
Qualification
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
- Active California licensure as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- 3+ years of relevant clinical experience with evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT).
- Proficiency in psychological testing and assessment (e.g., WAIS-IV, WISC-V) preferred.
- Strong diagnostic interviewing, case formulation, and differential diagnosis skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; demonstrated cultural humility.
- Experience with trauma-informed care and working with diverse populations.
- Commitment to ethical guidelines, informed consent, and meticulous documentation.
