Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic interviews for adults and adolescents
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches (CBT, ACT, DBT, IPT), tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor holistic treatment plans
- Lead or contribute to clinical research, program evaluation, and outcome measurement initiatives
- Supervise and mentor psychology interns and junior clinicians (as applicable)
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation and ensure adherence to ethical guidelines (APA, state laws)
- Engage in community outreach, caregiver education, and stigma-reduction efforts
Qualification
- Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington State or eligible for licensure transfer
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in psychological assessment and psychotherapy
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic approaches) and neuropsychological testing
- Strong data analysis, research literacy, and ability to contribute to scholarly activities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural humility in serving diverse populations
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload with strong time-management and organizational skills
