Responsibility
- Conduct thorough psychological assessments and diagnostic interviews across diverse populations.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapies (e.g., CBT, ACT, psychodynamic approaches) tailored to individual needs.
- Develop and implement structured treatment plans with measurable goals and regular progress monitoring.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, social workers, and other clinicians to coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Engage in case formulation, risk assessment, and crisis intervention as needed.
- Support supervision and professional development for clinical staff and trainees.
Qualification
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
- Active license or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Washington state.
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in outpatient or hospital settings.
- Expertise in evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, exposure therapy) and psychological assessment.
- Strong diagnostic interviewing, case formulation, and report writing skills.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and outcomes measures.
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and supervise trainees if needed.
