Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, intake interviews, and cognitive evaluations to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, psychodynamic, IPT).
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults with a range of mental health conditions.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and care teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity.
- Monitor treatment progress using standardized measures and adjust plans to optimize outcomes.
- Document clinical findings, treatment plans, and progress notes in the EMR in a timely and compliant manner.
- Engage in quality improvement, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
Qualification
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
- Licensed to practice psychology in Washington or license-eligible with a defined timeline for licensure.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical practice with diverse adult populations.
- Strong competence in psychological assessment and DSM-5 based differential diagnosis.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based approaches).
- Excellent communication, empathy, and ethical judgment; meticulous documentation and HIPAA compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and manage a growing caseload.
