Job description

Pacific Mind Health is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our collaborative multidisciplinary team in Seattle. You will provide comprehensive psychological assessments, evidence-based therapies, and contribute to program development to improve client outcomes.

Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, ACT, IPT) across client populations
  • Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans; track progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other providers to coordinate care

  • Supervise and mentor psychology interns and practicum students; contribute to supervision program

Qualification

  • Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
  • Current WA State psychology license or eligibility for licensure
  • Minimum 3+ years of post-licensure clinical experience
  • Experience with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT) and DSM-5 criteria
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing skills; proficiency with psychological testing
