Pacific Mind Health is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our collaborative multidisciplinary team in Seattle. You will provide comprehensive psychological assessments, evidence-based therapies, and contribute to program development to improve client outcomes.

Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, ACT, IPT) across client populations
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans; track progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other providers to coordinate care
- Perform crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning when needed
- Supervise and mentor psychology interns and practicum students; contribute to supervision program
- Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and data-driven practice
Qualification
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
- Current WA State psychology license or eligibility for licensure
- Minimum 3+ years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Experience with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT) and DSM-5 criteria
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing skills; proficiency with psychological testing
- Excellent communication, empathy, and intercultural competence; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
