Northwest Psychology Partners is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our growing practice in Seattle, WA. This full-time role blends therapeutic care with opportunities for clinical research and program development.
In this position, you will provide comprehensive psychological assessments, evidence-based therapy, and collaborative care planning for diverse client populations. You will also contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives and participate in case conferences with psychiatrists, social workers, and researchers.

Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic interviews, including intake evaluations and ruling out differential diagnoses.
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapies (e.g., CBT, ACT, ERP) tailored to individual client needs.
- Develop and monitor treatment plans, document progress notes, and prepare clinical reports for clients and referral sources.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and researchers to coordinate integrated care.
- Engage in clinical supervision, peer consultation, and ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to research initiatives, data collection, and program evaluation where applicable.
- Promote culturally responsive care and ethical practice in line with licensure requirements.
Qualification
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or PsyD) from an accredited program.
- Licensed or license-eligible as a Clinical Psychologist in Washington state (or able to obtain licensure within a defined timeline).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of post-graduate clinical experience in therapy and assessment (preferably in outpatient settings).
- Proficiency with standardized psychological tests and scoring (e.g., WAIS, WISC, MMPI, structured interviews).
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, ERP, trauma-focused approaches) and assessment methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to document in electronic health records with attention to confidentiality and compliance.
- Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and teamwork within a multidisciplinary setting.
