In this role, you will collaborate with physicians, researchers, and operations to ensure protocol adherence, data integrity, and quality patient experiences across trials and routine care.
Responsibility
- Serve as a subject matter expert in specialized medicine therapies, protocols, and safety monitoring.
- Coordinate clinical activities across departments, ensuring timely patient enrollment and follow-up.
- Manage data collection, entry, and quality checks in the EMR and clinical trial systems.
- Monitor adverse events and ensure regulatory reporting in compliance with SOPs and policies.
- Provide clinical education and support to staff, patients, and caregivers.
- Implement protocol amendments, consent processes, and study visits.
- Collaborate with R&D and clinical operations on process improvements and patient outcomes.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of clinical practice or clinical research in specialized medicine.
- Certification such as CCRP or CCRC; Basic Life Support certification.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA/EMA, GCP) and data privacy (HIPAA).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and critical thinking; adept at cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems, data management, and workflow optimization.
- Willingness to travel up to 20 percent as needed.
