Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day club operations, ensuring seamless service and member satisfaction.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across multiple departments.
- Drive membership growth and retention through engaging programs and events.
- Develop and optimize annual budgets, P&L statements, and financial forecasts.
- Maintain facility excellence and enforce safety, legal, and quality standards.
- Foster positive member relations and resolve concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies to enhance the club's brand presence.
- Analyze performance data to exceed key operational and financial targets.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years’ leadership experience in luxury club, resort, or hospitality environments.
- Proven expertise in team management and staff development.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Track record of driving member satisfaction and retention.
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for premium guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
