Join a premier private members club in New York City as a Club Manager. Lead operations, service excellence, and member experiences in a dynamic, luxury environment.
As Club Manager, you will oversee daily operations across front-of-house, facilities, and events; partner with culinary, events, and facilities teams; drive member engagement and retention; manage budgets, vendor contracts, and inventory; ensure safety, licensing compliance, and impeccable service standards; and steward a culture of courtesy, discretion, and excellence.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily club operations across front-of-house, facilities, and events to deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a high-performing team of supervisors, servers, culinary and facilities staff.
- Drive member onboarding, renewals, relationship management, and engagement initiatives to boost retention.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, programs, and member activities with precision and style.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, vendor contracts, and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and brand standards; implement risk mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, marketing communications, and service standards.
- Analyze operational metrics and member feedback to continually elevate service quality.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years of club or luxury hospitality management experience; private member clubs preferred.
- Proven leadership with strong communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
- P&L accountability, budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management experience.
- Customer-centric mindset with a track record of elevating member experiences.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, licensing, and compliance in hospitality settings.
- Proficiency with club management software and MS Office; data-driven decision making.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
