Responsibility

  • Lead all club operations including front of house, events, facilities, and security to deliver flawless member experiences.
  • Develop and execute annual operations plans, budget management, and adherence to financial controls.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team across membership services, food and beverage, events, and facilities.
  • Drive member engagement initiatives, onboarding, communications, and service standards.
  • Oversee events from small gatherings to large-scale galas, coordinating vendors, calendars, and logistics.
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing, and local regulations.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in club management, hospitality leadership, or luxury hotel operations.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and member services.
  • Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
