Join Prestige Club Collective as the Club Manager for our flagship private members club in London. You will lead a talented hospitality team, shape the member journey, and uphold the highest standards of service, safety, and discretion.
In this pivotal role, you will partner with the Club Board and department heads to deliver exceptional experiences, manage budgets, and drive community engagement. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on operations, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to privacy and member satisfaction.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily club operations, including front-of-house, events, facilities, and member services, ensuring flawless delivery and safety compliance.
- Lead, coach, and schedule a high-performing team across hospitality, events, and valet services.
- Plan, execute, and optimize member events, experiences, and programs to drive retention and community engagement.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, vendor negotiations, and procurement to maximize profitability and value.
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, risk management, and privacy standards.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to refine service standards, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage CRM and data insights to personalize member experiences and measure success metrics.
- Represent the club in external partnerships and community relations to elevate the brand.
Qualification
- Proven experience in club, hotel, or hospitality management at senior level (5+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership and team development skills with a track record of motivating diverse teams.
- Budgeting, P&L management, forecasting, and cost-control expertise.
- Excellent customer service orientation and ability to manage complex member expectations.
- Demonstrated event planning and program development capabilities with attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM systems, data-driven decision making, and reporting.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations relevant to private clubs in the UK.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
