Responsibility

  • Oversee daily club operations, including front-of-house, events, facilities, and member services, ensuring flawless delivery and safety compliance.
  • Lead, coach, and schedule a high-performing team across hospitality, events, and valet services.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize member events, experiences, and programs to drive retention and community engagement.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, vendor negotiations, and procurement to maximize profitability and value.
