Prestige Club & Event Management is seeking a dynamic Club Manager to lead operations for our prestigious private club in San Francisco. You’ll oversee member experience, facility operations, staffing, budgeting, and program delivery to ensure exceptional standards and ongoing growth.
In this role, you’ll partner with leadership to create a welcoming, efficient, and secure environment while driving revenue opportunities through events, partnerships, and membership programs.
Responsibility
- Lead daily club operations, ensuring safe, clean, and welcoming environments for members and guests.
- Oversee front-of-house, amenities, events, and facilities management with a focus on service excellence.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, vendor contracts, and inventory control.
- Develop and execute member engagement programs, events, and community initiatives.
- Lead, train, and schedule staff; foster a high-performance culture and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, revenue generation, and member retention.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and club policies; manage risk effectively.
- Utilize data and CRM tools to monitor KPIs and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field; master’s preferred.
- 5+ years in club, hotel, or hospitality operations with proven leadership.
- Strong budget management and vendor negotiation skills.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience planning and executing high-profile events and member programs.
- Proficiency with club management software/CRM, POS, and analytics.
- Knowledge of safety compliance, risk management, and staff safety training.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
