As Club Manager, you will oversee front-of-house operations, facilities, events, and hospitality programming while maintaining the club's culture of excellence.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily club operations, ensuring exceptional member experience and service standards across all touchpoints.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team across front-of-house, events, and facilities.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasting, and vendor contracts to maximize profitability and value for members.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards; champion risk management and incident response.
- Plan and execute member events, programming, and strategic partnerships to strengthen community engagement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, service design, and club growth plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators, report on operational performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of club or hospitality management experience with a proven leadership track record.
- Demonstrated excellence in member services, guest experience, and relationship management.
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, lead cross-functional teams, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory compliance within hospitality settings.
