Responsibility
- Oversee daily club operations, including front-of-house, events, security, and facilities maintenance.
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan guest experiences, promotions, and seasonal programs.
- Monitor financial performance: budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and service quality.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures, service scripts, and guest feedback processes.
- Build strong relationships with members/guests and resolve escalated issues with diplomacy.
- Plan large-scale events and club activations, ensuring a seamless guest journey.
Qualification
- Proven experience in club, hotel, or hospitality management (5+ years).
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience in P&L management and financial forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to design guest-centric experiences and events.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Comfort with fast-paced, high-demand environments and long hours as needed.
- Diplomatic skills and ability to manage diverse membership base.
