Responsibility
- Oversee daily club operations, facilities and service quality to ensure outstanding member experiences.
- Develop and manage operating budgets, revenue strategies, cost controls, and P&L performance.
- Lead, train, and manage a diverse team; recruit, coach, and retain top talent.
- Plan and execute strategic programming, events, tastings, and member engagement activities.
- Foster strong vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
- Uphold brand standards, service protocols, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor member feedback and implement initiatives to elevate satisfaction and retention.
Qualification
- Proven experience in club, hospitality, or premium venue operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest-relations skills.
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, P&L management, and financial reporting.
- Event planning and program development experience with a track record of successful initiatives.
- Operational excellence, process optimization, and vendor management capabilities.
- Ability to lead diverse teams with integrity, discretion, and a member-first mindset.
- Fluency in English; thorough understanding of UK regulatory standards and compliance.
