Responsibility
- Oversee daily club operations across all departments to ensure flawless member experiences.
- Develop and implement service standards, menus, events, and facilities maintenance.
- Lead recruitment, training, performance management, and staff scheduling to optimize coverage and morale.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and cost controls to achieve financial targets.
- Plan and execute high-profile member events, partnerships, and exclusive programs.
- Foster strong member relations, complaint resolution, and personalized service at every touchpoint.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations and uphold brand standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years in hospitality or club management, with a track record of improving member experience.
- Proven leadership and people-management skills; ability to inspire diverse teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L, and cost controls.
- Event planning and programme development experience for private members clubs or luxury hospitality settings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency with club management software, CRM, POS systems, and reporting tools; high level of digital literacy.
- Fluent in English; ability to communicate across teams and with members at all levels.
