Responsibility
- Develop and execute effective sales and commercial strategies to achieve business growth targets in Sandakan and Tawau.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business development opportunities in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends, competitor activities, and potential expansion areas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate commercial initiatives and promotional activities.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing enquiries and delivering excellent after-sales support.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles, preferably in FMCG or distribution industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is an advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Sandakan and Tawau.
